Let Christmas not become a thing
Merely of merchant’s trafficking,
Of tinsel, bell and holly wreath
And surface pleasure, but beneath
The childish glamour, let us find
Nourishment for soul and mind.
Let us follow kinder ways
Through our teeming human maze,
And help the age of peace to come
From a Dreamer’s martyrdom.

I wanted to share a thought-provoking analysis for December 21st potentials from The Chirotic Journal and a poetic and powerful post from gneissmoon astrology for your consideration on this Winter Solstice day and into 2013. Just click. Stuff this good needs no further comment.
I went hunting for snowy scenes from one of the very first visitors I had on this blog. He is welcoming winter, too, and like me, hopes it doesnt party too hard!
I will close with a note about ‘related articles’ below: each one gives a different cultural view on these latter days of 2012 and offers an historical knowledge or an unusual perspective on the status quo. I always like that.
